Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust

Paul Myers serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust, where he leads daily operations for Tulsa International Airport and Tulsa Riverside Airport. Since joining the organization in 2022, he has overseen airport operations, customer experience, public safety, human resources, and technology initiatives.

With nearly two decades of aviation leadership experience, Myers previously held executive leadership roles in airline safety and security for a Tulsa based airline operating internationally. A lifelong Oklahoman, Myers holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aviation, along with a graduate certificate in aviation security, from Oklahoma State University.

He is an active leader within the aviation industry, serving on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Airport Operators Association and contributing to the advancement of airport operations and aviation education across the state.
